I have an eMachines T3124 and I have a few months ago was still a warranty and never a keyboard, mouse and speakers, I am also 17-inch flat screen CRT monitor. Here are the specifications are

I guess you can hope for is $ 350-400. While your CPU and other components that are not updated are at the bottom of the range of specifications to. Your best comparison would be to eBay and see what similar machines are sold.
