Question about visible, UV, and IR light? - uv spectral data base
Objects of different temperatures emit different ratios of UV-visible and infrared light. What is the area of the spectrum, the lower temperature is expected objects emit most of their light, and temperatures in the wider region?

Lower temperature objects emit infrared (long wavelength) spectrum, objects at high temperatures in the UV (short wave) spectrum.
